Here is a pair of Orders Of Labour 3rd Class to Mechanic Petrit Qazim Hitaj. It is uncommon for a documented pair of the same award to the same person to present themselves but this pair has a twist too.

His older of the pair seems to have had a harder life.

#1 awarded 11th November 1963 by Decree 3756.
"Rationaliser of distinction, has made over 30 different proposals in the area of auto-vehicle repair, active production of vehicles and so on, bringing the enterprise where he works great savings."

#2 awarded 4th April 1970 by Decree 4671.
"Has shown to be a tireless worker and conscientious at work, has made ​​efforts to increase labour productivity, is distinguished over stock with shocks concentrating on building 74 trucks and trailers and has helped towards the organising this type of stock."

Now what is more than just having both his citations is there is actually a newsreel of him presenting his rationalisations to the enterprise. With the collective's support this proposal was put to life."

This is now I believe one of only 3 groups in the collection where there is video of the feats performed which lead to the person being awarded.
