Paul McDaniel told me his book is now out of print. However I found it for sale on some Internet site.

I'm still waiting for my copy to be delivered. :)

I spoke with Paul about four weeks ago when he did an authentication for me. We discussed him publishing a second book, but he indicated he had many things going on and just didn't have the time to do it. He was quick to admit it would be a great book since the market has changed so much since he published "Comprehensive Guide".............with respect to fakes and different metals used. All we can do is hope...............

Does anyone knows if there will be a reprint of this book? I'm thinking about buying it but first I would like to know if there will be a new book out soon? If it will be, I will rather wait for the new one.

Mark,

I will let more "authorized" members answer, but as far as I know, there is no reprint planned.
But, if you look at the "reference books" section, you will find a lot of literature available.

Guys Paul Scmitt & Paul McDaniel have no plans to reprint or to write a second edition. It's been my wish, and so many others, that they would write a second edition. One can only hope...:(

Well, thanks to a fellow forum member, who didn't need it anymore, I now have this book.
The only thing that I'm sorry about is that I didn't bought it before. It's a good reference book and a good value for the price.
