1940 People's Commissariat Of Education GSSR School Report.

Here is a 1940 dated People's Commissariat Of Education GSSR school report for the 1939/40 9th Class of Marij Zubiev.

This document is a very strange piece indeed.

Lenin and Stalin on the front page is par for the time period but having a Berija (NKVD) quote above them seems to be an "Only in the GSSR" situation. What makes it even stranger is that this cost 10 Kopeks.
