Romanian propaganda fotoAlbum

That is what it seems to be...
It looks just like an "old", but otherwise normal Foto Album, however, It contains a specific pictures.
These are: The highest romanian authorities, Well-known places (architecture and natural) in Romania, Romanian Industry and Romanian Army (during some maoevers) (there are no oficial section names there - these are just "my" titles).
Each picture is acompanied by a caption in romanian.
This makes me think it's some propaganda issue of some sort
All pics are b&w and it shows Gheorghiu-Dej as the First secretary, so it's probably from 50's - early 60's
What exactly is it? A presentation item?
Also, what would be it's value (if any)?
