Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment

While moving to the western shore of the Oder River under enemy bombing and artillery fire he made minor repairs to the vehicles and was required to work at night on the equipment. In the most dangerous place where to road went along a high and narrow dam, he personally drove the vehicle resulting in no accidents.

Due to his deep knowledge Comrade Putulyan accomplished his missions. The materiel and ammunitions were delivered on time to the Oder’s western shore. He is deserving of the Order of the Patriotic War II Class.

Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment

During fighting to penetrate the enemy defense near 16.4.45 near the (?) Observation Post a vehicle was damaged during artillery shelling which the driver couldn’t repair. Comrade Putulyan repaired the vehicle under artillery fire and put it back into order. While repelling an enemy counterattack on 17.04.45 Comrade Putulyan delivered ammunition under artillery shelling to firing positions and the enemy counterattack was repelled. Simultaneously serving as a driver, Comrade Putulyan maintained his motor pool and vehicle in excellent condition.

He is deserving of the Order of Glory III Class.
