Honour Medal.
Here is the Honour Medal of the Ministry Of Interior. I believe this is to date the only ministerial award of the Interior Ministry, founded in 2012.
Not a particularly common sight yet but a rather gaudy and oversized piece for the Police Forces.

Here is a third example.
It is quite amazing to think, when I was first offered these (5 or so years ago) dealers were asking >$200 (not that I paid it!) and now they can be picked up for <$20.
