Awarded to Kaliopi Gjergji Prifti on 29th September 1980 "For working with revolutionary spirit in the educating and mobilising of women in the neighborhood for the implementation of the tasks assigned." Unfortunately I can not find the full text of Decree 6227.

Further research shows that she was a Basketball player on the Albanian National Female Team.

On 1st December 1971 she played in the friendly against China in Tirana which saw China win 76-69.
The qualifications for the European Champions 11th to 15th May 1972 in the DDR with the following results.
Danmark 56 - Albania 54
DDR 75 - Albania 26
Albania 64 - Switzerland 48
Hungary 74 - Albania 30

Another friendly against China in 1972 in Peking, Albania 88 - China 83.
Again in Shkodër in 1973 China 89 - Albania 74.
Again in Peking on 26th July 1974 China 86 - Albania 69
Again in Peking on 20th July 1977 China 87 - Albania 40
