Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
During the destruction of the German (?) near Henzina* on 15.1.1945, Master Sergeant Tsapenko provided excellent driving of the company commander’s tank, high maneuverability, decisiveness, and continuous communications between the company commander and his subordinate platoons.
In this engagement Comrade Tsapenko was wounded, however remained to drive his tank.
His tank destroyed many vehicles and as many as 15 Hitlerites.
He is deserving of the Order of the Patriotic War II Class.

Are you sure that he got a Bogdan Khmelnitskii II class s/n: 4063? or was it a third class?
I think there were only 2.398 awardings in the second class?

His rank is only Master Sergeant.

In fighting for Waltersdorf anad Lukenwald, he displayed exemplary bravery, courage, and valor.
His tank destroyed two enemy machineguns, four vehicles, and as many as 20 German soldiers and officers.
His crew captured more than 250 Hitlerite prisoners.
He is deserving of the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III Class.
