Paul put it better than this, but my usual reservations about the lettering apply here, too. The spacing appears to be less than perfect.

I like it/get a good vibe from it. Having said that I don't see an exact match in Borisov or Arapetyan. And agree about the " ' " as well although there may be reasons why it isn't there.
For a reasonable price I'd take a flyer on it.

I believe that one is bad.

But a picture of the back/reverse would not hurt !

"Very late" as in made yesterday. I think these and MANY others are being churned out in St Petersburg but not as "fakes" but as "copies". $10-$15 is the usual asking price. I wouldn't pay it but many would.

The finish is universal over the range.

I think it's good, other than the screw base; that's where I have a doubt.
