This question may look a little stupid, but, could bayonets assembled in diffferent countries fit with other AKs? (example: Soviet AK47 with a Chinese AK47 bayonet or vice-versa?)

This is a very good question, and the answer is - some bayonets does not fit to AK's from other countries, and some does.

I see, thanks Tal. Now, is there a special engaging mechanism in the AK-47 or the weapon is engaged "just like that"?
I ask this because I am drawing this time a comic about a sniper(he also uses AK)and I don´t know how to draw when he engages his bayonet!

You just hold it infront of the rifle and pull it back. The mechanism just snaps and holds the bayonet until the release button is pressed.
