Sorry for bringing bad news but your insignia is not the correct one.
It is part of a unoffical production. 1-The original insignia has a smooth design on the branches and not a fishbone pattern as yours. Here is a pic of an original |

And here is a pic of an original one's reverse (you will notice the difference in the fixation type)-these "smooth" insignias are still used actually by the Presidential Regiment and are worn above the right breast pocket by the honor guard at the monument of the unknown soldier in the garden Alexander in Moscow:
