Certificate Of Exemption From Military Duties.

Here is a 1946 Certificate Of Exemption From Military Duties issued by Chepovichi Regional Military Commissariat to Artem Ivanovich Feschenko, born 1919. A former Company Starshina for the 94th Separate Battery Of Anti-Tank Guns, serving May 1938 to January 1944 and wounded out of service. "Safe" until 20th April 1950.
