This very book is really rare even in Russia and even in digital form, what do you believe? I've got A LOT of book covers in my digital library in my computer, to help serarching for the real book, but it doesn't always help... The russian digital libraries are getting bigger and bigger every day, but it doesn't bring automatically the very book you are looking for.
This is a "how-to-do" book to fabric and sew an uniform, with dimensions and regulations for embriodery (the dream book for any faker), it doesn't say if the stuff was done in factories or in my grandmother kitchen.

It is unfortunate that many new members just need a quick fix to a single problem. If this proble is solved or unsolved matters not..... what matters first is the problem was and is welcomed. We can all learn from a collective experience but if we get narrow minded into the fact that we personally alone are the be all and end all of any hobby then there are serious problems....
