Here is the Korean People's Army 60th Anniversary Commemorative Medal (조선인민군창건60돐기녕메달). This award was founded on 23rd March 1992 along with a Commemorative Order and an Award Wristwatch. All 3 awards feature variations on a Star design. The Medal is constructed from plated aluminium and to date is less common on the market than the Commemorative Order.

Here is another variation. The main difference is the "elbows" of the "7" characters and the bottom "o" shaped character in the group reverse top centre looks to have been "repaired" after a die break.
