Auke you always can open a discussion on ebay resolutions centre, even if seller doesn't accept return. You got the rights and seller takes all the responsibility for the listing. If he wasn't sure what he is selling, he should have mention it.

I agree, and further, if you file a PayPal complaint you will most likely win the case, they will refund your money and tell you to destroy ( ) the fake items.

That's not the case. You can't prove it's fake, even you proved, paypal will ask you to ship to their warehouse (in the U.S.A).

In most cases, paypal will ask you to return the item to the seller. There're too many fakes on ebay, but they just want to make money from the sellers.

Paypal does, ebay not, too many cases with ' lost ' returned items. It's easy yeah. You sold a fake for a grant, it's been returned, you give to postman 50 quit and the item lost. That is how a group of fakers used to operate, selling 'top orders'
