It's been a long time coming but I finally got around to framing the last part of my collection.
Again, Michael's was kind enough to sell me a nice frame, at a sweet 40% off no less.
I took a photo at a few points during the construction of this set and then with all three sets of my Soviet ODMs on the wall together.
Hope you like.

Oh , what a beautiful selection of orders and medals, and I love the way you designed the top left corner in the first and third displays, kind of softens up the formal side of the presentation.
So, what does one do when perfection has been achieved? ?

How to display Soviet awards

Eric, That's a GREAT display!!! I love it. I love Michael's, too!!! That 40% off is always a winner. Once again hats of to you and your display!!!

Best,
Doc

One *strongly* considers taking a dive into the Mongolian pool.
The deep end naturally.

Thanks for the kind words BTW.

Eric, thanks. Where I am from? Born in Bielorussia, went to school in the Ukraine, went to University in Moscow, but am now living in London, England. What a typical Russian, you may say (and with all that background, absolutely unable to identify a fake Soviet/Russian/Belorussian medal) Sergei.

Hang around here long enough and that will change.
