Badge "10 Years Of Soviet Union Today".
Here is the Badge "10 Years Of Soviet Union Of Today" issued by the Soviet Embassy In Japan. "Soviet Union Of Today" (今日のソ連邦 - yes I taught myself to transcribe Japanese too!) was a monthly publication of the Embassy In Japan to inform the Japanese population about modern life and affairs in the Soviet Union. It was disbanded with the closing of the Soviet Embassy.

The publication was established in 1958 so the Badge will date from 1968. Here is a fairly contemporary front cover of an issue.
