GPW visor cap buttons?
At least that's what I'm told.
No image of the reverse yet. I've not seen prongs before but I'm no headgear expert.

They could be GPW or postwar; your buttons are identical to the ones of my M55 cap. If there are no pics of the reverse there is no way to tell.

Wartime buttons should have a blank reverse if Soviet made, or have the name of the US or British manufacturer if land-lease. Marc |
