3. Veteran of 62-8 Army. Thick font, differences to obverse. Hashed lines on reverse, and an unusual pin attachment which may indicate a late- or post- Soviet manufacture.

Here's one document awarded with the badge.. I "think" the Marshal Chuikov signature is printed, but maybe I got lucky.
