To a Participant of the Virgin Lands Harvest Campaign, 1957.
Award badge issued by the VLKSM Central Committee. I think I've seen a '58 dated badge as well. maker marked pin plate I believe. Igor describes it as: "24mm tall. Brass, enamels, maker marked."
