Georgian SSR State Prize Laureate.

I don't remember seeing this award. It is on ebay at the momet. Can anyone confirm that this is the state prize of the Gerorgian sSoviet republic?

Been on the forum this long and can't read Georgian?

It reads "Georgian SSR State Prize Laureate" so there's a good indication although it is not the State Prize Named Shota Rustaveli.

The late Otar Megvinetuxutsesi received one amongst his array of awards.
