Izerskij/Jezierski, Cheslav Ivanovich/Czesław, Corporal, 256th Mortar Regiment

Wasn't sure where to put this, but since he was in the RKKA...
This efreitor's first name - altough not sounding unfamiliar to russian speakers, had caused some confusion. In various documents heis listed as "Cheslav", "Chislav" or even "Tsezar" (Caesar). It's probably because of the fact that polish name "Czesław", altough as Slavic as can be, is non-existent in Russia or Ukraine. Anyway, he was born on 21 July 1924 in Eliaszówka (village not identified, but would be called Eliashevka oslt now, as the name is rather neutral) near Zdubunów in Volyn region of the Ukraine (at that time - Poland) in Polish Family, joined the VLKSM in 1942 on January 9th 1943 (or 1st JAnuary 1944?) he was drafted into the Red Army to the 256 Mortar Regiment. While serving there, he earned 3 combat awards (ironically, even tough he wasn't moved to the Polish Army, he got at least 2 of the awards for actions on the Polish territory), was wounded in April 1945 in Berlin and remained in the army until 1948, apparently being demobilised at the rank of efreitor (pfc/corporal).
HE stayed in the Soviet Union for some time after the war, graduating from Economy Secundary School (tekhnikum) in Kharkov in 1950.
He moved to Poland (probably to Nowa Huta near Kraków) in 1957 or shortly before, and most likely started work in "Mostostal" (a steel/construction company - it'sremains exist until now, still under the name of Mostostal) company as an economist. in 1960's he also became a "tourism organiser" (more likely something like aguide or atourleader, than contemporary organiser).
Interestingly, until 1975, polish military authorities considered him "private", as he was granted the pfc rank that year (even tough he had a promotion in the Red Army). Next Year he was promoted to corporal and in 1978 -to "sr. corporal". He wasapparently not called for reserve training after his arrival to Poland.

Thera are some strange things about this group. First of all, I got it's pieces from 3 different sources (altough all from the Krakow area). Than, there's the question of awards - I got 2 medals that seem likely to be his from the same source as his military ID, even tough from what I know he was most likely buried with his awards. So, the medals You see here have either survived somehow or were added by the seller.

Anyway, here it is:
His Soviet Order booklet, 2 Polish Award booklets, Polish military ID from 1957, the two polish awards and his "Tourism organiser" ID from 1967.
"To the former Soviet Army soldiers Medal, 2nd class (silver) - this was a ZBoWiD award. This piece islikely to be not his, altough if he joined ZBoWiD, he definately got one.
