Engineer-Sapper Troops Qualification Badge.
Here is the Bronze Engineer-Sapper Qualification Badge. Awarded to specialist troops in the Tsarist Bulgarian Army trained in Military construction, demolition, signalling, intelligence, etc. Judging by the winged wheel this could have been awarded to Railway Troops as well.
This specialist qualification was somewhat parallel to the Construction Troops Qualification. The Construction Troops were founded 14th June 1920 as an "unarmed" labour force of the Ministry Of Internal Affairs (Which was disbanded in 2000). This Qualification was awarded to those serving under the Ministry Of War in the Army. There were at least higher Silver and Gold Class Badges.
