Short, concrete description of his feat of arms or accomplishments:

On November 9th of this year, during the regiment's offensive operations, Private Lyuborchuk was boldly advancing among the ranks of the infantry. Near the village of Kotovo in the Vitebsk Oblast the enemy put up severe resistance and launched a counterattack. With his antitank rifle Private Lyuborchuk destroyed 2 machine guns and took out a 45-mm gun while firing on direct lay. This enabled the success of the advancing infantry.

I apply for Private Lyuborchuk to be awarded the Order of the Red Star.
