"First Class Athlete" Badge.

The MHK movement in the early 50's was a popular sport movement after the Soviet model:
-MHK (Munkára Harcra Kész) Ready for Labour and Defense. Served as preparation for military service for those of DISZ age.
-LMHK (Légy Munkára Harcra Kész) was for the youth (Pioneer ages).

So much for not collecting sports badges... here's a First Class Sportsman badge from the MHK.
