Order "Red Banner" #311222 Type 3 Variation 3. Probably made late 1945 and awarded at the tail end of Stalin's rule. Mostly likely for long service and if my record on citations is anything to go on with it will either be for an officer in a logistic or laundry unit.

Military Commissar Sanitary Department 54th Army Battalion Commissar Comrade Grigor'ev, Kuz'ma Antonovich for time working in the sanitary department of the army repeatedly personally, under enemy fire organised the evacuation of wounded to battalion, regimental and divisional medical points.
No regard to danger risking his life he always took on the most difficult parts of work and his energy and perseverance helped the export of several thousand wounded in the most favourable conditions.
Spending most of the educational work with the personnel of the sanitary service and wounded fighters and commanders. Battalion Commissar Comrade Grigor'ev holds great authority amongst the personnel of sanitary service and is a true example of a Bolshevik Commissar.
Morally sound. Disciplined. Brave. Dedicated to the affairs of Lenin-Stalin.
Worthy of presentation of the award Order "Red Star".

That is a great set. The Lenin was long service as well? Do you have the citation for the BM?

The above citation is for His Medal "For Bravery", everything else he was awarded was long service. The Lenin will have been for 26+ years service. No 30 years long service award though even though he probably did serve 30 years before "Long Service" Medals but he probably lost out (Red Banner #2) due to bureaucratic inefficiency (who'd quit a cushy position like that?).
