Note that this book is Copyright 1979 by the 761st Tank Battalion and Allied Veterans Association. This book is a copy of the original unit history of the 761st that was Copyright 1945 and printed in Europe shortly after the war ended.
Book measures about 9" wide by 12" tall. 135 pages. Green boards covered by dust jacket that shows wear around the edges. All inside pages are in excellent condition. The most famous member of the 761st was First Lieutenant Jack Roosevelt "Jackie" Robinson. During the 761st's training, a white bus driver told Robinson to move to the back of the bus. Robinson refused and was arrested and later transferred Robinson to the 758th Tank Battalion. You can find more info on the unit on Wikipedia.
