Peal and Company, boot makers produced bespoke footwear for 174 years, between 1791 and 1965. They moved to 487 Oxford Street in 1886. The firm also had trade stands at the Badminton, Burghley and Hickstead horse trials, and at the Royal International Horse Show and Horse of the YearShow.Salesmen traveled to the US and abroad selling them. In 1965, they closed and sold the name to Brooks Brothers New (Scroll down on the Link to see the FAMOUS PEOPLE who bought shoes or boots from this company!)

18\" tall bottom of heel to top of boot x 7\" wide At Calf area

11.5\" long Toe to Heel SHOE

Condition: Photo has yellowed and has that \"old smell\". Photo is torn in various areas (see my photos). Stains on back of photo. Boots are in good firm condition, other than cracking in the Leather in various places. Boots will need to be cleaned and polished. Soles still thick with no holes. Some cobwebs inside Boots. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as \"described\".
