This is an extraordinary, unique Civil War broadside withhand-drawn artwork that is the only known document bearing the signatures ofthe Union leadership, presidential, political and military, as the warcommenced in 1861. It is signed byAbraham Lincolnandhis Cabinet; heroes likeRobert Andersonof Fort Sumter fame;Army generals likeWinfield Scott,George B. McClellan,andAmbrose Burnside; early emancipation promoters likeJohnC. FremontandBenjamin Butler; founders of importantfighting units likeThomas Meagherof the Irish Brigade; Navynotables likeJohn DahlgrenandCharles Wilkes;and many others.

This document was created in 1861 at the start of the CivilWar when the Union was organizing its forces and the \"Patriots of 1861\",among them President Lincoln and theTeam of Rivalstook upthe pen together in support of the sick and wounded of Bull Run and theescalating conflict and it is the first document Lincoln and his Team of Rivalssigned in support of the Sanitary Commission.

There are scores of other important signatures and this rareunique document has been properly preserved in a beautiful museum quality framewith Optium UV Acrylic. The broadside is11” X 19 ½” and the frame measures 22 ¾” X 31 ½”.
