Rare Slovakian Officer's Cavalry Sword with Scabbard & Austrian Knot WWI? WWII?:

This is a Slovakian officer's cavalry sword. Unsure of the date, as I've read different information, but it appears WWI or WWII. Overall condition is pretty good. There are a few spots on the blade that are a little bit tarnished, but there is no damage. The knot is also in decent shape, there is a little bit of fraying.
