sale is for a SPRINGFIELD REMINGTON 1903A3 or 1903 rifle \"SEMI TYPE C STOCK\" OR SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS A \"SCANT GRIP TYPE\", HAND GUARD & METAL(see photos for metal included). This stock is in very good condition, with a few minor handling marks. There is a very minor repair to nose of stock that is not readily visible, and NOT visible when metal upper band is installed. NO rebuild or other cartouches on stock except circle P proof. HAND GUARD is in good to fair USED condition, with a repaired crack. Almost all metal is factory blued finish, and is in excellent condition. Butt plate provided in this sale is a milled butt plate. Also included are original GI butt swivel screws, and butt plate screws, which are NOT shown. Trigger guard is NOT included. This stock can be used on either a 1903A3 rifle as is, or a 1903 Springfield by just changing hand guard, all 1903 or 1903A3 metal will work. We will substitute a mint condition 1903 hand guard in place of the 1903A3 hand guard should the buyer want this for NO additional charge. Stock and hand guard have been cleaned and resealed with tung oil. Buyer acknowledges that the use, inspection, installation and performance of the product(s) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and that the Buyer agrees to Hold Harmless the seller from any claim arising out of the use or performance of this product by the Buyer or any Third Party.
