Russian Imperial silver Badge, marking the graduation from the school #6 ofinfantry ensignsin Moscow, 1916
Silver home guard cross covered with white enamel. Between the arms of the cross are silver crossed axes. In the middle of the cross is placed a round gold wreath of laurel and oak branches, intertwined at the base with a gold ribbon.
The badge is from Moscow infantry ensigns #6 – much rare than 1st or 5th school in Moscow.
Silver, gilded, enameled. Size is 37 x 45 mm. Maker marks.
The badge was bought on Zeige 37 sale, 2010 lot 730 (please look at the last image).
