14K Yellow Gold Box. Center of Box has a circle and in that is a ruby cross (possible symbol for the Red Cross) and five diamond stars with a rectangle of sahpphires around it (possible symbol for a 5 star general). Gross weight, 313 grams.Note: After doing some research we that Five Star General and Nobel Peace Prize winner George Marshall was the President of the Red Cross 1949-1950. He died in 1959. Although we could not find a match for \"Anita\" it is interesting that all the dates and symbols match up to General George Marshall.
