The item was listed to arrive between March 28-30, and I needed it by March 31st for a gift. When it still hasn’t shipped by March 28, I requested to cancel the order, but the seller didn’t respond until after he/she had shipped it on the 29th with a message that it would arrive before the 31st. On April 1st it still hadn’t arrived, I requested a return/refund. The seller ignored the request, just said there was a “slight delay.” Finally arrived on April 4 with the box in terrible condition.
