Here is the Badge "Excellent In The Ministry Of Chemical Industry" which was founded either late 1974 or very early 1975. The Badge is quite light even though it is brass.

Starting at the start, #1 was awarded to Kiril Ivanov Rusovich on 6th January 1975.
