I have had this badge for over 20 years now. What is it for? Which branch of service is it?

Regards
Paul

Thank you very much. What branch of service would wear this? Also, what ranks would be appropriate to have graduated this school?

Any armed force but usually in their "Medical Service". Any lower-middle officer rank with the odd exception.
