Tsarist Marksmanship badge

[KDVR]

Hello friends

I'd like to share with you that beauty. Has someone more information when this type (with needle) was awarded?

Thank you ;-)

I'm not very well-read on Russian Imperial badges, but I can say this is a good-looking piece and I'm a little concerned about the pin-back. It suggests a very late production at best.

Here's a fairly well worn 875 Silver example.
