Here is a Membership Badge to the Chief Administration For Print Dissemination "Sojuzpechat'" (Union Of Printing) which was part of the Ministry Of Communication from 1953 to 1987. This will date from the late end when membership was over 120,000. Members oversaw that the printed matter distributed followed the party line.
