Here is the Badge "Industry And Agriculture Exhibition Centre" (공업및농업전람관). Unfortunately I can't find any additional information on the Centre - A Korean VDNH, whilst it was named as such. It was renamed the 3 Revolutions Exhibition (3대혁명전시관은) in 1983 and then completely rebuilt and reopened on 9th April 1993. One of the "must see" museums of Pyong-Yang. A rather tiny Badge.
