Here is the Badge "9 IX 1944-1964 Victory Passport Of Labour Glory". A lesser seen 20th anniversary award unlike 25th anniversary awards. Awarded by the Central Committee Of Professional Unions of Bulgarian Radio to Lvitko Georgiev Tihov on 1st September 1964.

For what was it awarded? Generic "good boy" standing or something more important?

"За високи успехи в изпълнение на обещанията в чест на 20г. от социалистическата революция в България" - For high achievements in implementing the promises in honour of the 20th anniversary of the Socialist revolution in Bulgaria.

These are the "promises" Dimitrov laid out.

This Badge document like most others states to purpose within the booklet.

Here is another example. Even though this is a Trade Union Of Bulgarian Radio award this one was awarded to Marin V'lchanov Marinov by the Plovdiv Railway Department of the Ministry Of Transport on 25th August 1964.
A telegraphist?
