Hi All-
Here's a badge on the uniform of a Latvian fellow in the Soviet Army. The pic dates from either 1928 or 1938 (I'm thinking the latter, but it's hard to read). This is the best shot I could get of the badge, as it is slightly blurred in the pic. My badge books have decided to go AWOL on me, so I'm at a loss for ID'ing this guy. I think it's a 10-Year long service badge for some sort of Republican (most likely Latvian) labor or military organization.
Any clues?
