Badge "Young Volunteer Fire Brigade".

I really like these children's badges. Note the detailing in the fire.

The abbreviation approximates "Firemen's Little Buddy".

Hi Paul,

Is this from the Pioneers? The flames are very similar to those on Pioneer badges.

Although I'm not certain, I would imagine so - motif wise - as you suggested.

[Nota Bene]

It is, probably from 1950s.

I agree - both with the date and the excellent detailing on such a small badge is incredible workmanship like most of the Soviet badges (which is pretty much what drew me to them in the first place).
