Here is the Capital Construction Commemorative Medal (수도건설기녕메달). This Medal was founded on 23rd March 1992 in conjunction with a Commemorative Order. The Medal is constructed from Copper-Nickel and once again has no known variations. The design features the Tower of the Juche Idea completed in 1982, the Arch of Triumph also completed in 1982 and the Koryo Hotel which was built in 1985.
