Here is a Certificate Of Deferment From The Call To Mobilisation. Issued to Private Iosif Leont'evich Kijchenko, an electrician of the Mirgorod Machine-Tractor Station. Originally valid from 23rd June 1943 for 1943, it was extended to the end of 1945.
