Chimkent City Soviet 1st Convocation Mandate.

Here is a rather old Mandate from the very first convocation of the Chiment City Soviet from 13th March 1926 for Natali Bersudska.

This dates from when the City was in the Kazak Soviet Socialist Republic which was an ASSR of the RSFSR of the USSR.
