Well it's Ukrainian language ' for merit to city ', can't find any info about in Russian net.
There is a medal, with that title, and mare of Odessa gave one to S. Spielberg in 2006. But I can't find the photo to compare here is the article in Russian It's an official award of Odessa WWW.Odessa.UA - official site of Odessa city / Statutory acts / Orders of the City Mayor And it's a new award, post SSSR. |
