Here is the Democratic People's Republic Of Korea Foundation 60th Anniversary Commemorative Order (조선민주주의인민공화국창건60돐년기념훈장). Created in 2008 and following in the design of the previous foundation Commemorative Orders. Two piece construction and retaining its weight - not as light as slightly later awards.
