Hi!

I just bought this excellent hat from Tretov. Could someone translate the factory label for me? Thanks.

Here's a closeup of the diamond. Any and all information of the manufacturer would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

It´s made in "Fabrika Golovnykh Uborov " in Odessa, Ukraine, 1987.
There's nothing in the streets
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the parting on the left
Are now parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight
The Who, Won't get fooled again
