Two of those have Leningrad(?) Mint screwplates. Do you think they are original?

Difficult to say , Avers gives two manufacturers Pobeda and MTX .

IMHO, the star and hammer are not correctly drawn (too thick, and curious geometry); this would be my first warning about this badge.
