Can anyone tell me more about this Osoaviakhim badge. I cannot find any information about it. Can this be an original badge?

I'd add that it seems to be poorly made for a badge supposed to date from the 1930's~40's.

What kind of (Osoaviakhim) badge does it represent? In my books I could not find an example of this badge. Has somebody an example of an original badge?
